Welcome to a new year at Hillcrest Swim Club

There are lots of new things coming for the 2012 swimming season. One of these changes is a new look for the website. We hope this change will make the Club Website more user friendly for everyone.

Another addition to the Website this year is a menu navigation bar. Clicking on one of the tabs will open a page with detailed information on that topic. The comment tab will take you to a page where you will be able to leave your comments on your experiences here at the pool.

New This Year - Friendly's Night

On May 10th from 5 to 9pm take your family to Friendly's Restaurant, 9951 Belair Road, Baltimore, Maryland 21236. The proceeds from your meal will help support the Hillcrest Heat Swim Team. Bring your flyer for a chance to win Ice Cream for a Year.

NEW...BABY/WADING POOL

The new state of the art wading pool comes complete with splash pads including water features such as the Water Weave, Water Flower, Mushroom Maze and Bubblers. We have completed the area with picnic tables for both the adults and children, two rocking animals and assorted toys for all the kids. The age limit for this area is seven (7) years of age and younger. Check out the pictures on our Facebook Page .

MORE ADULT NIGHTS

There will be four Adult Nights this year each with its own theme. June 2 will be a welcome back theme. Then Join us on June 29 for our Luau, and July 21 for the Crazy Hat Night. Finally close out the season with an End of Summer Blow-out on August 31.

NEW SCHOOL NIGHTS

We will host a party for all high school members (Grades 9 to 12 in 2012-2013 school year) on August 7 from 8 to 11 pm. Check the Bulletin Boards for more information as the date approaches.

Middle School Students (Grades 6-8 in the 2012 - 2013 school year), don't feel left out. You will have your own night a week later on August 14 from 7pm to 10pm.

KIDS DAY RESCHEDULED

The Annual Kids Day has been rescheduled to Sunday, July 8. This will start at 2pm and last until 4pm. Children in Grade 5 (during the 2012-2013 school year) and younger are invited to attend.

SWIM LESSONS

There will be a registration and assignment day for Swim Lessons this year on Saturday June 9 at 11am. Parents interested in signing their children up for lessons should plan on attending with their children. The cost this year is $60 per child for the entire six week session. Lessons will be given on Saturdays beginning on June 16.
